However, if the product doesn’t live upto your expectation for being faulty, wrongly described , or if the product doesn’t do what it is supposed to, please notify us within ____ days of receiving the item to discuss way forward. However, please note this policy only applies to all products except for purchases made on downloadable digital photographs or pictures, for that they cannot either be returned or refunded with, once purchase is made. Also, our Return Policy is not absolute one and is governed by certain terms and conditions which have been listed in the followings.
- This policy will not entertain the products, for which the claim of refund has been made after 30 days from the date of delivery of product.
- The item should be returned unused and in its original condition. We may make deductions from the refund if the product is not in its original condition or there is some missing parts or any other damage that is not due to an error on our side.
- The returned item should be accompanied with all the relevant document like the user manual, proof of purchase, invoice, etc.
- Our first effort will be to replace the products. The money will be refunded only if we fail to address your concerns through replacement.
- Acceptance or rejection of refund/replacement request made on the ground that the buyer has placed an incorrect order, shall depend upon our sole discretion.
- Please note that the buyer has to make arrangements for shipping of the returns.
- The replacement or refund of the product will take place only after the original product has been received by us. The Buyer will be notified about the receipt of the goods as soon as it is received.
- We will not be responsible for damage or loss of item dispatched by the buyer while the goods were in transit.
The following products listed below are not eligible for refund/replacement-
- Downloadable digital photographs or pictures.
- If the product is damaged due to the misuse of the product.
- Products with tampered serial numbers or model numbers.
- Products with damage or defect not covered under the manufacturer warranty.
- Products that are returned without the original packaging, accessories and all other items included with the product at the time of delivery.
- If the product(s) is used (other than for trial), altered, washed, soiled or damaged in any way.
Processing of Request
Once you have notified us within 30 days with your request to return the Products, we will send you an email describing the complete detail of the process that will follow.
Generally, the Buyer needs to return the product within 30 days from the date, the email confirming your request is sent to the buyer. The buyer has to himself make arrangement for the shipment of the product.
After receiving the request, we shall send our representative to collect the product from you within 5 days.
The processing of the refund/replacement of the product shall take around 1 to 3 weeks after the original products has been received by us.
In case of refund, the mode of refund will be the same in which the payment for the products were made. Except for Cash on Delivery, the refund will be made through other modes like Bank transfer or cheque or demand draft in favour of the Buyer.

We reserve the rights to accept/ not to accept the returned item if any of the above condition is not met while returning the goods.
